Shoreham Wordfest’s annual celebration of Shakespeare was a great success this year

Shoreham Wordfest October 2023

Our 12th annual festival of words and ideas was a terrific success: 21 events, 3000 tickets sold, 500 book sales, many 5 star reviews, over 50 wonderful authors, actors, singers and 30 very committed volunteers. Here are some highlights:

Celebrating Shakespeare 2023

The mini-festival to celebrate Shakespeare’s birthday was a great success, starting with a riotous and joyful performance of Mid-Summer Night’s dream by Bowler Crab Theatre.
