Ticket Delivery
We are no longer printing and posting physical tickets. Instead, you will receive a booking confirmation by email at the time of booking. The email ticket will clearly state the event, date, time, venue and price.
Booking Fees
A £2 per booking fee applies online as a flat fee, no matter how many tickets you buy. This contributes to the cost of our on-line operation.
There are no booking fees when booking in person.
On the Day
When you arrive at the event your name will be on a door list, and you will be checked in upon arrival. There is no need to print your confirmation email.
Please make sure you check the venue before you set out as we operate from a number of different place.
You will receive an email reminder a few days before your event with useful information.

Refunds
Wordfest tickets are non-refundable unless your event is cancelled.

Seating
Most shows are unallocated seating. Please let us know in advance if you have particular requirements eg. Wheelchair or access issues, vision or hearing impairment.
